• Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Returns

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@face2face.studio. Due to the nature of limited collections and small batch products, returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis.
